Some parts of the Trade Marks Act can originally be found in the 1925 Revised Edition of the Patents, Designs and Trade Marks Ordinance - CAP. 189-1925, Sections 30-50. This Ordinance is No. 10 of 1900 and the Ordinance relating to Trade Marks is No. 15 of 1913.
The First time the Trade Marks Ordinance became a stand-alone ordinance is No. 11 of 1955.
Ordinances No. 15 of 1917 and 23 of 1917 refer to Trade Marks - Enemy during World War I, 1914-1918.
